By creating an account on GR NETwork you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What GR NETwork is
GR NETwork is a noticeboard. Players post pickleball games at public and private courts around Grand Rapids, and other players claim the open spots. We do not organise the games, supervise them, or take part in them.
Safety and your own judgement
We do not verify anyone. We do not check identities, run background checks, or confirm that a DUPR rating is real. You are meeting strangers in person and you do so at your own risk.
Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and leave if anything feels wrong. Pickleball is a physical sport and injuries happen; you play at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and insurance.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Use your real name and a recent photo of yourself, so people can recognise you at the court. Keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Courts and access
Our court directory is provided for convenience and may be out of date. Some venues charge fees, require membership, or have their own hours and rules. Before you post or join a game, make sure you are allowed to be there. Follow each venue's rules.
Showing up
If you join a game, turn up. If you cannot make it, leave the game in the app so your spot opens back up for someone else. If you are hosting and need to call it off, cancel the game rather than leaving people waiting.
Behaving yourself
Do not use GR NETwork to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Do not post anything false, offensive, or commercial in a game's notes, and do not upload a photo that is not of you or that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
GR NETwork is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It is a small, free service that may be unavailable, lose data, or shut down. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or from any game you arrange through it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continuing to use GR NETwork means you accept the new version. Questions go to hello@grnetwork.app.
