Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your password, stored only as a one-way hash that nobody can read back.
• Your DUPR rating, if you choose to give one. It is optional.
• Your profile photo. A photo is required before you can join a game.
• The games you host or join, including the court and the time.
• Ordinary web server records such as your IP address and browser, kept for security.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your home address, your location, or any GPS coordinates. We do not take payments, so we never see card details. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who can see your information

Your name, profile photo, and DUPR rating are shown to other signed-in players on the games you host or join. That is the whole point of the photo: so people can recognise each other at the court. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Anything you type into a game's notes is visible to every signed-in player browsing the lobby, so please do not put private details there.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in and one to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Other services

Our pages load a web font from Bunny Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving that request. Links out to dupr.com are ordinary links; DUPR is a separate company with its own policy.

Changing or deleting your information

You can edit your name, email, rating, and photo at any time from your profile. If you want your account and everything attached to it deleted, email hello@grnetwork.app and we will remove it.

Children

GR NETwork is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
